एकाड्लरेनापि सम्भूत: शत्रुर्दुर्गमुपाश्रित: । सर्व तापयते देशमपि राज्ञ: समृद्धिन:
ekāḍhvareṇāpi sambhūtaḥ śatrur durgam upāśritaḥ | sarvaṃ tāpayate deśam api rājñaḥ samṛddhinaḥ ||
நான்கு அங்கச் சேனையின் ஒரு பகுதி அளவுக்கே எழுந்த பகைவனும் கோட்டையை அடைக்கலமாகக் கொண்டால், செழிப்பான அரசனின் நாட்டையே முழுதும் துன்புறுத்தி எரியச் செய்வான்.
