विदित्वा भक्तियोगं तु भीष्मस्य पुरुषोत्तम: । सहसोत्थाय संहृष्ठो यानमेवान्वपद्यत,इधर पुरुषोत्तम श्रीकृष्ण भीष्मजीके भक्तियोगको जानकर सहसा उठे और बड़े हर्षके साथ रथपर जा बैठे
vaishampāyana uvāca |
viditvā bhaktiyogaṃ tu bhīṣmasya puruṣottamaḥ |
sahasotthāya saṃhṛṣṭo yānam evānvapadyata ||
புருஷோத்தமன் ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணன் பீஷ்மரின் பக்தியோகத்தை அறிந்து, உடனே எழுந்து மகிழ்ச்சியால் நிறைந்து, தன் தேரில் உடனடியாக ஏறினார்।
