गोमत्यास्त्वेष पुलिने त्वददर्शनसमुत्सुक: । आसीनो वर्तयन ब्रह्म ब्राह्मण: संशितव्रत:
gomatyāstv eṣa puline tvad-adarśana-samutsukaḥ | āsīno vartayan brahma brāhmaṇaḥ saṃśita-vrataḥ ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—கோமதி நதியின் மணற்கரையில் உறுதியான தவநெறி கொண்ட ஒரு பிராமணர் அமர்ந்துள்ளார். வேதப் பாராயணம் செய்து கொண்டே உங்கள் தரிசனத்திற்காக ஆவலுடன் இருக்கிறார்.
