धर्माणां विविधानां च कर्ता ज्ञानकरस्तथा | भविष्यसि तपोयुक्तो न च रागाद् विमोक्ष्यसे,“तुम नाना प्रकारके धर्मोंके प्रवर्तक, ज्ञानदाता और तपस्वी होओगे, परंतु रागसे सर्वथा मुक्त नहीं रहोगे
dharmāṇāṁ vividhānāṁ ca kartā jñānakaras tathā | bhaviṣyasi tapoyukto na ca rāgād vimokṣyase ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—நீ பலவகை தர்மங்களின் நிறுவுநனாகவும், ஞானம் அளிப்பவனாகவும் ஆவாய். தவத்துடன் கூடிய துறவியாக வாழ்வாய்; ஆயினும் ராகம் (ஆசை/பற்று) என்பதிலிருந்து முற்றிலும் விடுபடமாட்டாய்.
