अवश्यमेव तै: सर्वर्वरदानेन दर्पिति: । बाधितव्या: सुरगणा ऋषयश्न तपोधना:,“वरदानसे घमंडमें आकर वे समस्त दानव निश्चय ही देवसमूहों तथा तपोधन ऋषियोंको बाधा पहुँचायेंगे
avaśyam eva taiḥ sarvair varadānena darpitaḥ | bādhitavyāḥ suragaṇā ṛṣayaś ca tapodhanāḥ ||
வரம் பெற்ற அகந்தையால் மயங்கிய அந்த தானவர்கள், தேவர்களின் கூட்டத்தையும் தவவலிமை நிறைந்த முனிவர்களையும் நிச்சயமாகத் துன்புறுத்துவார்கள்.
