कुक्षिनाम्ने स प्रददौ दिशां पालाय धर्मिणे | ततोअप्यन्तर्दधे भूयो नारायणमुखोद्भव:
kukṣināmne sa pradadau diśāṃ pālāya dharmiṇe | tato 'py antardadhe bhūyo nārāyaṇamukhodbhavaḥ ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—அவர் ‘குக்ஷி’ எனப்படும் திசைகளின் தர்மநிஷ்ட காவலருக்கு இவ்வுபதேசத்தை அளித்தார். அதன்பின்பும் நாராயணனின் வாயிலிருந்து தோன்றிய இந்த சாத்த்வத-தர்மம் மீண்டும் மறைந்தது.
