Transliteration

etad-artha mahārāja pṛṣṭaḥ pārthena nāradaḥ | ṛṣi-madhye mahā-bhāgaḥ śṛṇvatoḥ kṛṣṇa-bhīṣmayoḥ ||

Translation

வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—மன்னரே! இதே பொருளைப் பற்றி முனிவர்களின் நடுவில் பார்த்தன் (அர்ஜுனன்) மகாபாக நாரதரை வினவினான்; அப்போது ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணரும் பீஷ்மரும் அதைக் கேட்டு கொண்டிருந்தனர்.
