Puruṣaikatva-vyākhyāna: The One Virāṭ Puruṣa and the Many ‘Puruṣas’
Rudra–Brahmā Saṃvāda
अस्य प्रतिप्रियं कार्य सहितैनों दिवौकस: । इति बुद्ध्या व्यवस्याशु गत्वा निश्चयमीश्व॒रा:
asya pratipriyaṁ kārya sahitainō divaukasaḥ | iti buddhyā vyavasyāśu gatvā niścayam īśvarāḥ ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—“இவன் நமக்காக நன்மை செய்தான்; அதற்குப் பதிலாக நாமும் அவனுக்கு நன்மை செய்ய வேண்டும்” என்ற எண்ணத்துடன், இந்திரனுடன் கூடிய தேவர்கள் விரைவில் உறுதியான முடிவுக்கு வந்து புறப்பட்டனர்.
