एतदाचरष्ट मे राजन् देवर्षिनारद: पुरा । व्यासश्वैव महायोगी संजल्पेषु पदे पदे
etad ācarat me rājan devarṣi-nāradaḥ purā | vyāsaś caiva mahāyogī sañjalpeṣu pade pade ||
அரசே! இந்த வரலாற்றை முன்பு தேவर्षி நாரதர் எனக்குச் சொன்னார். மேலும் மகாயோகி வியாசரும் உரையாடல்களின் போக்கில் இடமிடமாக இந்த நிகழ்வை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் நினைவூட்டுவார்.
