अध्याय ३२३ — श्वेतद्वीपगमनम्, यज्ञभाग-विवादः, एकान्तिभक्त्या नारायणदर्शन-नियमः (Śvetadvīpa Journey; Dispute over Sacrificial Share; Rule of Nārāyaṇa-vision through Single-minded Devotion)
तस्मिन् दिव्ये वने रम्ये देवदेवर्षिसंकुले । आस्थित: परमं योगमृषि: पुत्रार्थमच्युत:
tasmin divye vane ramye devadevarṣi-saṅkule | āsthitaḥ paramaṃ yogam ṛṣiḥ putrārtham acyutaḥ ||
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—தேவர்களும் தேவ ரிஷிகளும் நிறைந்த அந்த ஒளிமிகு, இனிய தெய்வீக வனத்தில், முனிவர் (வியாசர்) புத்ரப் பெறுதலையே நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு பரம யோகத்தைச் சார்ந்து, அசையாத மனத்துடன் தவத்தில் ஈடுபட்டிருந்தார்।
