अब्रवीद्धि स मां क्रुद्धस्तव पूर्वपितामह: । मूत्रश्लेष्माशन: पाप निरयं प्रतिपत्स्यसे,“आपके पूर्व पितामह भृगुजीने शाप देते समय कुपित होकर मुझसे इस प्रकार कहा --ओ पापी! तू मूत्र और लार आदि खानेवाला कीड़ा होकर नरकमें पड़ेगा”
abravīd dhi sa māṁ kruddhas tava pūrva-pitāmahaḥ | mūtra-śleṣmāśanaḥ pāpa nirayaṁ pratipatsyase ||
நாரதர் கூறினார்—அப்போது என் பூர்வப் பிதாமகர் கோபமுற்று என்னிடம் இவ்வாறு சொன்னார்—“ஓ பாவி! நீ மூத்திரமும் கபமும் உண்ணும் புழுவாகி நரகத்தில் வீழ்வாய்.”
