अव्यक्तकालमान-निर्णयः
Measures of Time from the Unmanifest; Creation, Elements, and the Primacy of Mind
न वै देवा हीनसत्त्वेन तोष्या: सर्वाशिना दुष्कृतकर्मणा वा । सत्यव्रता ये तु नरा: कृतज्ञा धर्मे रतास्तै: सह सम्भजन्ते
na vai devā hīna-sattvena toṣyāḥ sarvāśinā duṣkṛta-karmaṇā vā | satya-vratā ye tu narāḥ kṛtajñā dharme ratās taiḥ saha sambhajante ||
குணநலன் குறைந்தவனாலும், எதையும் வேறுபாடு இன்றி விழுங்குபவனாலும், தீச்செயல்களால் வாழ்பவனாலும் தேவர்கள் மகிழ்வதில்லை. மாறாக, சத்தியவிரதம் கொண்டவர்களும், நன்றியுணர்வுடையவர்களும், தர்மத்தில் ஈடுபட்டவர்களும் ஆகிய மனிதர்களுடனே தேவர்கள் அன்புறவு கொள்கிறார்கள்.
