Ātma-saṃyama-dharma: One-pointedness of Mind and Senses (शुक–व्यास संवादः)

एको वाप्याश्रमानेतान्‌ यो<नुतिष्ठेद्‌ यथाविधि । अकामद्वेषसंयुक्त: स परत्र विधीयते

Transliteration

eko vāpy āśramān etān yo 'nutiṣṭhed yathāvidhi | akāma-dveṣa-saṁyuktaḥ sa paratra vidhīyate ||

Translation

இந்த ஆசிரம தர்மங்களை ஒருவன் கூட ஆசை-வெறுப்பு இன்றிக் கட்டுப்பாட்டுடன் முறையாக அனுஷ்டித்தால், மறுமையில் அவன் பரமத் தத்துவமான பரப்ரஹ்ம பரமாத்மாவை உண்மையாய் அறியும் தகுதியைப் பெறுவான்.
