सावित्री कुण्डले दिव्ये शरीरं जनमेजय: । ब्राह्मणार्थे परित्यज्य जग्मतुर्लोकमुत्तमम्
sāvitrī kuṇḍale divye śarīraṃ janamejayaḥ | brāhmaṇārthe parityajya jagmatur lokam uttamam ||
வியாசர் கூறினார்—சாவித்ரி இரண்டு தெய்வீகக் குண்டலங்களைத் தானமாக அளித்தாள்; அரசன் ஜனமேஜயன் ஒரு பிராமணரின் நலனுக்காகத் தன் உடலையே துறந்தான்; ஆகவே அவர்கள் இருவரும் உயர்ந்த உலகை அடைந்தனர்।
