धन-यज्ञ-दानविवेकः
Wealth, Sacrifice, and Disciplined Giving
यज्ञाय सृष्टानि धनानि धात्रा यज्ञोद्दिष्ट: पुरुषो रक्षिता च । तस्मात् सर्व यज्ञ एवोपयोज्यं धनं ततो5नन्तर एव काम:
yajñāya sṛṣṭāni dhanāni dhātrā yajñoddiṣṭaḥ puruṣo rakṣitā ca | tasmāt sarvaṁ yajña evopayojyaṁ dhanaṁ tato 'nantara eva kāmaḥ ||
படைத்தவன் யாகத்திற்காகவே செல்வத்தைப் படைத்தான்; யாக நோக்கத்திற்காகவே அதைக் காக்கும் மனிதனையும் உருவாக்கினான். ஆகவே எல்லாச் செல்வமும் யாகத்திலேயே பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்; பின்னர் அந்த யாகத்தினாலேயே யஜமானனின் விருப்பங்கள் விரைவில் நிறைவேறும்.
