Adhyāya 199: Karma–Jñāna Causality and the Nirguṇa Brahman
Manu’s Instruction
प्राणत्यागं कुरु मुने गच्छ लोकान् यथेप्सितान् । त्यक्त्वा55त्मन: शरीरं च ततो लोकानवाप्स्यसि,मुने! अब तुम अपने प्राणोंका परित्याग करो और अभीष्ट लोकोंमें जाओ। अपने शरीरका परित्याग करनेके पश्चात् ही तुम उन पुण्यलोकोंमें जाओगे
dharma uvāca | prāṇatyāgaṃ kuru mune gaccha lokān yathepsitān | tyaktvā ātmanaḥ śarīraṃ ca tato lokān avāpsyasi, mune ||
தர்மன் கூறினான்—முனிவரே, உயிர்மூச்சைத் துறந்து, நீ விரும்பும் உலகங்களுக்கு செல்லுங்கள். இந்த உடலை விட்டு நீங்கிய பின்பே அந்தப் புண்ணிய உலகங்களை அடைவீர்கள்.
