भग्वत्र्यज्ञिरस: सिद्धा: काश्यपाश्च तपोधना: । वसिष्ठगौतमागस्त्यास्तथा नारदपर्वतौ
bhīṣma uvāca | bhṛgvatrayaṅgirasaḥ siddhāḥ kāśyapāś ca tapodhanāḥ | vasiṣṭha-gautamāgastyaḥ tathā nārada-parvatau |
பீஷ்மர் கூறினார்—பிருகு, அத்ரி, ஆங்கிரஸர் எனும் सिद्ध முனிவர்கள், தவச்செல்வம் நிறைந்த காஷ்யபர்கள்; மேலும் வசிஷ்டர், கௌதமர், அகஸ்தியர், தேவரிஷி நாரதர், பர்வதர்—இம்மகாத்மர்கள் அனைவரும் பிரம்மாவின் ஆணைக்குட்பட்டு சனாதன தர்மத்தைப் பின்பற்றத் தொடங்கினர்.
