Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
भार्या देशो5थ मित्राणि पुत्रसम्बन्धिबान्धवा: । एते सर्वे गुणवति धर्मनेत्रे महीपतौ,जिस देशका राजा गुणवान् और धर्मपरायण होता है, वहाँ स्त्री, पुत्र, मित्र सम्बन्धी तथा देश सभी उत्तम गुणसे सम्पन्न होते हैं
bhāryā deśo 'tha mitrāṇi putra-sambandhi-bāndhavāḥ | ete sarve guṇavati dharma-netre mahīpatau |
எந்த நாட்டின் அரசன் குணவானாகவும் தர்மத்தை வழிகாட்டும் கண்களாகவும் கொண்டு ஆள்கிறானோ, அந்நாட்டில் மனைவி, நாடு, நண்பர்கள், மகன்கள், உறவினர்கள்—இவர்கள் அனைவரும் நல்ல குணங்களால் செழித்து வளர்வர்.
