Draupadī’s Exhortation on Rājadharma and Daṇḍa (द्रौपद्याः राजधर्मोपदेशः)
त्वं तु सर्वा महीं त्यक्त्वा कुरुषे स््वयमापदम् । ये सब लोग आपको समझानेका प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं
tvaṃ tu sarvāṃ mahīṃ tyaktvā kuruṣe svayam āpadam |
ஆனால் நீங்கள் முழு பூமியின் அரசாட்சியையே விட்டுவிட்டு, உங்களுக்கே நீங்களே பேராபத்தை உருவாக்கிக் கொள்கிறீர்கள். பலர் உங்களை அறிவுறுத்த முயல்கிறார்கள்; ஆயினும் நீங்கள் செவிகொடுப்பதில்லை. இப்போது நான் சொல்வது பொய்யல்ல—முழு உலகின் ஆட்சியைத் துறந்து, நீங்களே உங்கள்மேல் துன்பத்தை வரவழைக்கிறீர்கள்.
