विश्वस्तं वा प्रमत्तं वा एतदेव कृतं भवेत्‌ । बलवत्संनिकर्षो हि न कदाचित्‌ प्रशस्थते

Transliteration

viśvastaṃ vā pramattaṃ vā etad eva kṛtaṃ bhavet | balavatsaṃnikarṣo hi na kadācit praśasyate ||

Translation

ஒருவன் நம்பிக்கையோடு இருந்தாலும் அலட்சியமாக இருந்தாலும் விளைவு ஒன்றே—இத்தீங்கு நிகழலாம். ஏனெனில் வலிமைமிக்கவரின் மிக நெருக்கமான தொடர்பு எப்போதும் புகழத்தக்கதல்ல.
