अहं त्वया चात्मगुणैर्जित: पार्थिवसत्तम | आत्मानमनवज्ञाय जितवद्‌ वर्ततां भवान्‌

Transliteration

ahaṁ tvayā cātmaguṇair jitaḥ pārthiva-sattama | ātmānam anavajñāya jitavad vartatāṁ bhavān |

Translation

அரசர்களில் சிறந்தவனே! உன் சொந்த நற்குணங்களால் நீ என்னையும் வென்றாய். ஆகவே உன்னை நீ இகழாதே; வெற்றியாளன் போல நடந்து கொள்.
