विश्वासं समयघ्नानां न यूय॑ गन्तुमर्ह थ । 'पाण्डवोंने अधर्ममें प्रवृत्त होकर अनेकों बार युद्धकी मर्यादा तोड़ी है; अतः आपलोग कभी उनका विश्वास न करें"

Transliteration

viśvāsaṃ samayaghnānāṃ na yūyaṃ gantum arhatha |

Translation

ஒப்பந்தத்தையும் மரபையும் முறிப்பவர்களை நீங்கள் நம்பத் தகுதியில்லை; பாண்டவர்கள் அதர்மத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு பலமுறை போரின் கட்டுப்பாடுகளை மீறியுள்ளனர்—ஆகையால் அவர்களை ஒருபோதும் நம்பாதீர்கள்।
