Saptasārasvata-tīrtha-prasaṅgaḥ | The Saptasārasvata Pilgrimage Account and the Maṅkaṇaka Narrative
जनमेजय उवाच कस्मात् सरस्वती ब्रद्यान् निवृत्ता प्राडमुखी भवत् । व्याख्यातमेतदिच्छामि सर्वमध्वर्युसत्तम
janamejaya uvāca kasmāt sarasvatī bradyān nivṛttā prāḍmukhī bhavat | vyākhyātam etad icchāmi sarvam adhvaryusattama ||
ஜனமேஜயன் கூறினான்—பிராமணரே! வேகமாக ஓடிக்கொண்டிருந்த சரஸ்வதி எந்த காரணத்தால் கிழக்குமுகமாகத் திரும்பினாள்? யாகத்தில் சிறந்த அத்வர்யுவே! இதனை முழுவதும் விளக்கமாகக் கேட்க விரும்புகிறேன்.
