गदायुद्धप्रतिज्ञा — The Vow and Terms of the Mace Duel
तत् पापं सुमहत् कृत्वा प्रतियुद्धयस्व भारत । कथं हि त्वद्विधो मोहादू रोचयेत पलायनम्
tat pāpaṁ sumahat kṛtvā pratiyudhyasva bhārata | kathaṁ hi tvadvidho mohād rocayet palāyanam ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்— அந்த மிகப் பெரிய பாவத்தைச் செய்த பின் இப்போது, ஓ பாரத குலத்தவனே, எதிர்த்து போரிடு. மயக்கத்தால் உன்னைப் போன்றவன் போரிலிருந்து ஓடிப் பின்வாங்குவதை எப்படித் தேர்வுசெய்வான்?
