ननाद च महानादं प्रवर: सर्वधन्विनाम् । तद् युद्धमभवच्चित्रं घोररूपं च मारिष
nanāda ca mahānādaṃ pravaraḥ sarva-dhanvinām | tad yuddham abhavac citraṃ ghora-rūpaṃ ca māriṣa ||
அனைத்து வில்லாளர்களிலும் சிறந்தவன் பெரும் கர்ஜனை செய்தான். அப்போது அந்தப் போர் வியப்பூட்டுவதாகவும், வடிவில் மிகக் கொடுமையானதாகவும் ஆனது, ஓ மாரிஷ.
