ततस्तदा कुरुश्रेष्ठ वनस्थे त्वयि भारत । अवसद्‌ द्वारकामेत्य वृष्णिश्रि: परमार्चित:

Transliteration

tatastadā kuruśreṣṭha vanasthe tvayi bhārata | avasad dvārakām etya vṛṣṇiśrīḥ paramārcitaḥ ||

Translation

வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—ஓ குருசிறந்தவனே, ஓ பாரதா! நீ வனத்தில் தங்கியிருந்தபோது, மிக உயர்ந்து போற்றப்பட்ட வ்ருஷ்ணிவம்சத்தின் மகிமை துவாரகைக்கு வந்து சிதைவுறத் தொடங்கியது.
