Adhyāya 45 — Duryodhana’s Distress, Śakuni’s Counsel, and the Summons for Dyūta
उपस्थितं रथं दृष्टवा ताक्ष्यप्रवरकेतनम् । प्रदक्षिणमुपावृत्य समारुह्मू महामना:
upasthitaṁ rathaṁ dṛṣṭvā tākṣyapravaraketanam | pradakṣiṇam upāvṛtya samāruhya mahāmanāḥ ||
கருடக் கொடியால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்டு தயாராய் நின்ற தேரைக் கண்ட மகாமனத்தையுடைய ஸ்ரீகிருஷ்ணன் முதலில் வலப்புறமாக (தக்ஷிணாவர்த்தமாக) பிரதட்சிணம் செய்து, பின்னர் அதில் ஏறினான்.
