Adhyāya 31: Rājasūya-samāgama — The Gathering of Kings and the Ordering of Hospitality
चक्रे तेन स संग्रामं सहदेवेन भारत । स तमाजोौ विनिर्जित्य दक्षिणाभिमुखो ययौ,भारत! उस जम्भकपुत्रने सहदेवके साथ घोर संग्राम किया; परंतु सहदेव उसे युद्धमें जीतकर दक्षिण दिशाकी ओर बढ़ गये
cakre tena sa saṅgrāmaṃ sahadevena bhārata | sa tam ājau vinirjitya dakṣiṇābhimukho yayau ||
ஓ பாரதா! அந்த ஜம்பகபுத்திரன் சகதேவனுடன் போர் செய்தான்; சகதேவன் அவனைப் போர்க்களத்தில் வென்று தெற்குநோக்கி முன்னேறினான்.
