मौसलोत्पत्तिः — The Birth of the Musala and the Sages’ Pronouncement
अन्वकुर्वन्नुलूकानां सारसा विरुतं तथा । अजा: शिवानां विरुतमन्वकुर्वत भारत,भारत! सारस उल्लुओंकी और बकरे गीदड़ोंकी बोलीकी नकल करने लगे
anvakurvann ulūkānāṃ sārasā virutaṃ tathā | ajāḥ śivānāṃ virutam anvakurvata bhārata bhārata ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்— ஓ பாரதா, பாரதா! சாரசப் பறவைகள் ஆந்தைகளின் ஊளையைப் போல ஒலிக்கத் தொடங்கின; ஆடுகள் நரிகளின் அலறலைப் போல ஒலிக்கத் தொடங்கின।
