लोकानावृत्य यशसा तेजसा वृत्तसम्पदा । स्वशरीरेण सम्प्राप्तं नान््यं शुश्रुम पाण्डवात्
lokān āvṛtya yaśasā tejasā vṛttasampadā | svaśarīreṇa samprāptaṃ nānyaṃ śuśruma pāṇḍavāt ||
வைசம்பாயனர் கூறினார்—தன் புகழ், ஒளி, நற்குணச் செல்வம் ஆகியவற்றால் உலகங்களை மூடிக்கொண்டு, பாண்டவர் தம் உடலோடே தமக்குரிய நியதியான முடிவை அடைந்தார்; அவர்க்கு இதற்கு வேறான முடிவு உண்டென நாம் கேள்விப்படவில்லை।
