कर्णनिधनवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् | Reporting Karṇa’s Fall to Yudhiṣṭhira
वृद्धी च मातापितरी बिभर्त्यन्यांश्व॒ संश्रितान् स्वधर्मनिरतो नित्यं सत्यवागनसूयक:
vṛddhī ca mātāpitarī bibharty anyāṁś ca saṁśritān svadharmanirato nityaṁ satyavāg anasūyakaḥ
அவன் முதியவர்களைத் தாங்கினான்; தாய் தந்தையரைப் பேணினான்; தன்னைச் சார்ந்தவர்களையும் வாழவைத்தான். எப்போதும் தன் தர்மத்தில் நிலைத்து, உண்மை பேசுபவனாய், குற்றம் காணாதவனாய் இருந்தான்.
