युधिष्ठिरस्य धनंजय-प्रति गर्हा
Yudhiṣṭhira’s Reproach to Dhanaṃjaya
स राजगृद्धिभी रुद्ध: पाण्डुपाज्चालकेकयै: । नाशकत् तानकिक्रान्तुं मृत्युर्रह्म विदो यथा
sa rājagṛddhibhī ruddhaḥ pāṇḍupāñcālakekayaiḥ | nāśakat tān atikrāntuṁ mṛtyur brahmavido yathā ||
அரசனைப் பாதுகாக்க முனைந்த பாண்டவர்கள், பாஞ்சாலர்கள், கேகயர்கள் கர்ணனைச் சூழ்ந்து தடுத்தனர். பிரம்மத்தை அறிந்தவர்களை மரணம் தாண்ட இயலாததுபோல், மகாவீரன் கர்ணனும் அந்தக் காவல் வளையத்தை உடைத்து முன்னே செல்ல இயலவில்லை.
