कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
मम युद्ध प्रयच्छ ध्वं दैत्या युद्धमदोत्कटा: । प्रेषितो देवदेवेन वो निजेतुं महासुरा:
mama yuddhaṁ prayacchadhvaṁ daityā yuddhamadotkaṭāḥ | preṣito devadevena vo nijetuṁ mahāsurāḥ ||
போர்மதத்தில் வெறிகொண்ட தைத்தியர்களே! எனக்கு போரை அளியுங்கள். ஓ மஹாசுரர்களே! தேவர்களின் தேவர் உங்களை அடக்குவதற்காக என்னை அனுப்பியுள்ளார்.
