कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
एतस्मिन्नेव काले तु दैत्या हासन् महाबला: । तैस्तदा दर्पमोहाद्यैरबा ध्यन्त दिवौकस:
etasminn eva kāle tu daityā hāsan mahābalāḥ | tais tadā darpamohādyair abādhyanta divaukasaḥ ||
அதே காலத்தில் தைத்யர்கள் மிகுந்த வலிமை பெற்றுத் தங்கள் வெற்றிக் களிப்பில் சிரித்தனர். பின்னர் அகந்தை, மயக்கம் முதலிய குற்றங்களின் வசப்பட்டு அவர்கள் விண்ணுலக வாசிகளைத் துன்புறுத்தத் தொடங்கினர்.
