शेषा नृपतयो वीरा: स्थिता व्यूहस्य दंशिता: । यथाभागं यथोत्साहं यथायत्नं च भारत,भारत! शेष वीर नरेश कवच धारण करके व्यूहके विभिन्न भागोंमें अपने उत्साह और प्रयत्नके अनुसार खड़े हुए थे
śeṣā nṛpatayo vīrāḥ sthitā vyūhasya daṃśitāḥ | yathābhāgaṃ yathotsāhaṃ yathāyatnaṃ ca bhārata ||
ஓ பாரதா! மீதமிருந்த வீர அரசர்கள் கவசம் தரித்து, படைஅணியின் பல பகுதிகளில் தத்தம் பங்கு, துணிவு, முயற்சிச் சக்திக்கு ஏற்ப நிலை கொண்டனர்.
