भीष्मस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति उपालम्भः
Bhīṣma’s Reproof to Duryodhana
सभामानीय दुर्बुद्धे बहुधा क्लेशिता त्वया । तव च प्रियकामेन आश्रमस्था दुरात्मना
sabhām ānīya durbuddhe bahudhā kleśitā tvayā | tava ca priyakāmena āśramasthā durātmanā
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—ஓ தீய புத்தியுடையவனே! அவளை அரசசபைக்குள் இழுத்துவந்து பலவிதமாகத் துன்புறுத்தினாய். மேலும், ஓ தீய உள்ளத்தவனே! இல்லறத்தின் புனித ஒழுங்கின் பாதுகாப்பில் இருந்த அந்தப் பெண்ணை, நீ உன் சொந்த ஆசை நிறைவேறவே அப்படிச் செய்தாய்.
