भीष्मशिबिरगमनम् — Duryodhana’s Visit to Bhīṣma’s Camp and the Command Appeal
तत्र भारत भीष्मस्य रणे दृष्टवा पराक्रमम् | अत्यद्भुतमपश्याम शक्रस्येव पराक्रमम्,भारत! हमने उस युद्धमें भीष्मका इन्द्रके समान अत्यन्त अद्भुत पराक्रम देखा था
tatra bhārata bhīṣmasya raṇe dṛṣṭvā parākramam | atyadbhutam apaśyāma śakrasyeva parākramam ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—ஓ பாரதா! அங்கே போர்க்களத்தில் பீஷ்மரின் பராக்கிரமத்தைப் பார்த்து நாம் மிக அதிசயமான ஒன்றைக் கண்டோம்; அவரது வீரியம் சக்கிரன் (இந்திரன்) போல் இருந்தது.
