prādurbhūtī mahāvātaḥ pāṁsuvṛṣṭiḥ papāta ca | nabhasy athāntardadhe sūryaḥ sainyena rajasāvṛtaḥ ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்— அப்போது பேர்காற்று எழுந்தது; தூசி மழை போலப் பொழிந்தது. சேனை எழுப்பிய தூசியால் வானில் சூரியன் மறைந்தான்.
