भीष्मस्य भीमसेन-निरोधः
Bhīṣma checks Bhīmasena; matched engagements intensify
तेनावध्या रणे पार्था जययुक्ताश्च पार्थिव । तव पुत्रा दुरात्मान: पापेष्वभिरता: सदा
tenāvadhyā raṇe pārthā jayayuktāś ca pārthiva | tava putrā durātmānaḥ pāpeṣv abhiratāḥ sadā ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்— ஆகவே, அரசே, போர்க்களத்தில் ப்ருதாபுத்திரர் பாண்டவர்கள் அவத்யர்; வெற்றியோடு நிலையாக இணைந்தவர்கள். ஆனால் உமது புதல்வர்கள் துராத்மர்கள்; எப்போதும் பாவ வழிகளில் மகிழ்வோர்.
