Kaurava–Pāṇḍava Readiness
तानुवाच महाप्राज्ञो वासुदेवो महामना: । अभिप्रायो<स्य विज्ञातो मयेति प्रहसन्निव,तब परम बुद्धिमान महामना भगवान् वासुदेवने उन चारों भाइयोंसे हँसते हुए-से कहा --“ इनका अभिप्राय मुझे ज्ञात हो गया है
tān uvāca mahāprājño vāsudevo mahāmanāḥ | abhiprāyo 'sya vijñāto mayeti prahasann iva ||
அப்போது மிகுந்த ஞானமுடைய, பெருந்தன்மை கொண்ட வாசுதேவன், சிரிப்பைப் போல ஒரு புன்னகையுடன் அவர்களிடம் கூறினான்—“இவனுடைய உள்ளக்கருத்தை நான் அறிந்தேன்.”
