भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः
Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed
चेकितानं रणे यत्तं भीष्म प्रति जनेश्वर । चित्रसेनस्तव सुतः क्रुद्धसर्पमवारयत्
Cekitānaṃ raṇe yattaṃ Bhīṣmaṃ prati janeśvara | Citrasenas tava sutaḥ kruddha-sarpam avārayat ||
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—மனிதர்களின் தலைவனே! போர்க்களத்தில் பீஷ்மரைத் தாக்க முனைந்த கோபம் கொண்ட சேகிதானனை, உமது மகன் சித்ரசேனன், சீற்றமுற்ற பாம்பை அடக்குவது போலத் தடுத்தான்.
