समयस्तु कृत: कश्चिन्मम भीष्मेण संयुगे | मन्त्रयिष्ये तवार्थाय न तु योत्स्ये कथठ्चन

Transliteration

samayas tu kṛtaḥ kaścin mama bhīṣmeṇa saṁyuge | mantrayiṣye tavārthāya na tu yotsye kathaṁcana ||

Translation

போர்க்களத்தில் பீஷ்மனுடன் நான் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட உடன்படிக்கை செய்துள்ளேன். உமது நலனுக்காக நான் ஆலோசனையும் திட்டமும் வகுப்பேன்; ஆனால் எந்நிலையிலும் நான் போரிடமாட்டேன்.
