वीक्षांचक्रुमहाराज पाण्डवा भयपीडिता: । महाराज! भीष्मके द्वारा मारे जाते हुए सैकड़ों और हजारों पाण्डव सैनिक समरमें अलौकिक पराक्रम प्रकट करनेवाले भीष्मको भयसे पीड़ित होकर देख रहे थे
vīkṣāṃ cakrur mahārāja pāṇḍavā bhayapīḍitāḥ |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—மகாராஜா! பயத்தால் வாடிய பாண்டவர் வீரர்கள் பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்தனர்; ஏனெனில் பீஷ்மன் போரில் அவர்களுடைய நூற்றுக்கணக்கான, ஆயிரக்கணக்கான படைவீரர்களை வெட்டி வீழ்த்திக் கொண்டிருந்தான்; அவனுடைய அசாதாரண வீரத்தையும் அவர்கள் கண்டனர்।
