चापैश्वन बहुधा च्छिन्नैः समास्तीर्यत मेदिनी । माननीय प्रजानाथ! वरूथोंसहित टूटे हुए रथ
cāpaiś ca bahudhā chinnaiḥ samāstīryata medinī |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—பிரஜாநாதா! அங்கே நிலம் முழுவதும் பல துண்டுகளாக உடைந்த வில்லுகள், வரூதங்களுடன் சிதைந்த ரதங்கள், கொல்லப்பட்ட ரதிகள், வெட்டுண்ட அம்புகள், கவசங்கள், பட்டீசங்கள், கதைகள், பிந்திபாலங்கள், கூரிய சாயகங்கள், சிதறிய அனுகர்ஷ-உபாசங்கங்கள், சக்கரங்கள், துண்டிக்கப்பட்ட கரங்கள், வில்லுகள், வாள்கள், குண்டலங்களுடன் கூடிய தலைகள், பாதரட்சைகள், விரலரட்சைகள், வீழ்ந்த கொடிகள்—இவற்றால் போர்க்களப் பூமி போர்த்தப்பட்டிருந்தது.
