Multiple Defensive Engagements to Protect Bhīṣma
सारथिं चास्य विव्याध त्वरमाण: पराक्रमी । पराक्रमी द्रोणाचार्यने भी झुकी हुई गाँठवाले बाणोंसे द्रपदको घायल करके बड़ी उतावलीके साथ उनके सारथिको भी बींध डाला ।।
sārathiṃ cāsya vivyādha tvaramāṇaḥ parākrāmī |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—வீரத்துடன் விரைந்து செயல்பட்ட துரோணர் துருபதனின் சாரதியையும் துளைத்தார்; அப்போது படையின் முன்நிலையில் துன்புறுத்தப்பட்ட அரசன் துருபதன் கலங்கினான்.
