Daśame’hani Bhīṣma-yuddham — Śikhaṇḍī-rakṣaṇa, Arjuna-prabhāva, Duryodhana-āśraya-vākyam
मेघजालस्य महतो यथा मध्यगतो रवि: । उस गजसेनाके बीचमें पड़े हुए पाण्डुनन्दन भीमसेन महान् मेघसमूहके मध्यमें स्थित हुए सूर्यके समान प्रकाशित होने लगे
meghajālasya mahato yathā madhyagato raviḥ | gajasenāyā madhye patitaḥ pāṇḍunandano bhīmaseno mahān meghasamūhasya madhye sthita iva sūryaḥ samprakāśata |
சஞ்சயன் கூறினான்—பெரும் மேகக் கூட்டத்தின் நடுவில் இருந்தாலும் சூரியன் ஒளிர்வதுபோல், யானைப் படையின் மையத்தில் சிக்கியிருந்த போதிலும் பாண்டுவின் மகன் பீமசேனன் சூரியனைப் போலத் திகழ்ந்தான்.
