आर्ष्यशुद्धिं कथं चैव सौभद्र: परवीरहा । तन्ममाचक्ष्व तत्त्वेन यथावृत्तं सम संयुगे
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
ārṣyaśuddhiṁ kathaṁ caiva saubhadraḥ paravīrahā |
tan mamācakṣva tattvena yathāvṛttaṁ raṇe saṁyuge ||
திருதராஷ்டிரன் கூறினான்—சஞ்சயா! பகை வீரர்களை அழிப்பவன் சுபத்ரையின் மகன், போரில் ஆரிய தர்மத்தின் தூய்மையையும் வீர மரபின் மரியாதையையும் எவ்வாறு காத்தான்? நடந்ததை உண்மையாய் கூறு।
