वासुदेवो5नन्तशक्ति: सृष्टिसंहारकारक: । सर्वेश्व॒रो देवदेव: परमात्मा सनातन:
sañjaya uvāca | vāsudevo 'nantāśaktiḥ sṛṣṭi-saṃhāra-kārakaḥ | sarveśvaro devadevaḥ paramātmā sanātanaḥ |
வாசுதேவன் எல்லையற்ற ஆற்றலுடையவன்; படைப்பு-அழிவு செய்பவன்; அனைத்திற்கும் ஆண்டவன்; தேவர்களின் தேவன்; சனாதன பரமாத்மா. அத்தகைய காவலன் உடன் நிற்க, பாண்டுபுத்திரன் அர்ஜுனனைப் போரில் யார் வெல்ல முடியும்?
