स्पर्शयज्ञं करिष्यामि विधिरेष सनातन: । “यदि इन्द्र बारह वर्षोंतक वर्षा नहीं करेंगे तो मैं स्पर्शयज्ञ- करूँगा। यह भी यज्ञकी सनातन विधि है”

Transliteration

sparśayajñaṁ kariṣyāmi vidhir eṣa sanātanaḥ |

Translation

நான் ஸ்பர்ஷ யாகம் செய்வேன்; இது யாகத்தின் சனாதன விதி. இந்திரன் பன்னிரண்டு ஆண்டுகள் மழை பொழியாவிட்டாலும், நான் ஸ்பர்ஷ-யாகத்தைச் செய்வேன்।
