अश्वमेधावसानम् — Dakṣiṇā-vibhāga and Avabhṛtha

तस्माद्‌ यज्ञफलैस्तुल्यं न किंचिदिह दृश्यते । इति मे वर्तते बुद्धिस्तथा चैतदसंशयम्‌,अत: यज्ञफलकी समानता करनेवाला कोई कर्म यहाँ मुझे नहीं दिखायी देता है। यज्ञके सम्बन्धमें मेरा तो ऐसा ही विचार है और नि:संदेह यही ठीक है

Transliteration

tasmād yajñaphalais tulyaṃ na kiñcid iha dṛśyate | iti me vartate buddhis tathā caitad asaṃśayam ||

Translation

ஆகையால் இவ்வுலகில் யாகத்தின் பலனுக்கு ஒப்பானது எதையும் நான் காணவில்லை. இதுவே என் உறுதியான கருத்து—இதில் ஐயமே இல்லை.
